We are now pleased to offer our 'Home Finder Service' for those who do not have the time to search
You have found our site because you are well aware how time consuming and frustrating it is trying to find a property to rent that will accept your pet(s).
We will be happy to conduct a search on your behalf - Our aim is to find and provide you with a list of pet friendly properties or accommodation that meets with your requirements. Pet friendly rentals is not a property management company. We will search all resources in your preferred location, including property management companies and private landlords.
What we do - This is a personalised service. Upon recieving your full payment and your completed Home Finder Form, the team at pet friendly rentals will set to work.
We will provide where necessary a minimum of 4 hours work to a maximum of 5 hours work, which will be made up of research on the internet, scanning the local papers and making telephone calls to assist in our search.
We aim to provide to you by email, either a list of homes to rent that meet with your requirements or a contact name and phone number of a company where suitable homes to rent can be found. We will only pass on contact details to you if we feel the information about a home to rent is genuine. We do not wish to mislead you in any way to an agents/landlords claim of suitable properties. Our aim is simple if a property management company or private landord does not have anything that meets your requirements we will carry on searching. As we find properties or accommodation that meet with your requirements based on your basic specific's we will email them to you immediately.
Recieving property details - The bulk of our searching will be carried out in the first week, therefore it is our intention to have a list of properties emailed to you within the first 7 days. Of course some search criteiria, e.g. location, breed of pet or number of pets, may mean that our search may take the full course of the contract. (60 days)
How much does this service cost? Of course we would prefer not to charge, but sadly this is not an option as we need to cover our time and expenses. You will find our costs are very reasonable, we even offer a refund guarantee (see below)

The charge for this service will be £60, broken down as follows:
Sign up fee: FREE
Search fee:- £60
Payment can be made online by Debit/Credit card, Paypal account or Cheque.
Refund Guarantee
If we fail to provide properties that match your basic specifics within the 60 day time frame, you can either request a full refund of the search fee, or you can request a further 60 day search for FREE.
If you have found a suitable property yourself within the first seven days of submitting the form and wish to terminate this contract, we will refund you 50% of the search fee paid, providing we have been unsuccesful in finding any properties that match your basic specifics.
We can not give refund guarantees to clients on housing benefit, DSS payments or where your pet ownership exceeds 2, or if you own any breeds that may be classed as fighting breeds (Please see terms & conditions for full details).
